Effective January 01, 2021, the following minimum hourly wages will be in effect for the State of California:
Employers with 26 or more employees: $14.00
Employers with 25 or fewer employees: $13.00

Novato: $15.24 for employers with 100 or more employees
Novato: $15.00 for employers with 26-99 employees
Novato: $14.00 for employers with 1-25 employees
Oakland: $14.36
Palo Alto: $15.65
Petaluma: $15.20
Redwood City: $15.62
Richmond: $15.21
San Carlos: $15.24
