Streamline ACA reporting and filing for Applicable Large Employers (ALE)
To comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements, employers designated as an Applicable Large Employer (ALE), with 50 or more Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees, will need to file forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS.
These forms are used to report information required about offers of health coverage and employee enrollment. As part of the IRS Code, Section 6056, forms 1094C and 1095C must be filed with the IRS annually, no later than February 28th of the following year for every ALE group. Employees must receive a copy of their 1095C on or before January 31st the following year.
What We Can Do: California Payroll is offering two levels of service to produce and file Forms 1094C and 1095C on your behalf; the ACA Reporting Essentials and the Advanced ACA Dashboard.
